Seeing Stories.

I'm VERY excited to finally announce this. The Sheehan Gallery of Whitman College is hosting a semester long show of comics and comics art called Seeing Stories: Traversing the Graphic Narrative. The show also includes art by many impressive artists, some of whom I can finally spill because they are listed in the announcement as giving lectures, such as Alison Bechdel, Joe Sacco, Craig Thompson, JeanLouis Tripp, and François Lapierre! Colonial Comics has an entire alcove for this exhibition and the double page spread I drew for the book will be on display along with art from each of the stories. Colonial Comics editor, Jason Rodriguez, will also be delivering an lecture there in November. There are more big names whose art is in the exhibition to announce soon. The show opens up September 1st and runs through until December 11.

I'm just blown away to be in this show with artists of this caliber!

Hail to the King, baby!

In honor of Jack Kirby's 98th birthday, please enjoy some Kirby greatness!

Happy Birthday Jack!
